*Half page ads are 7 and 1/4ths inches horizontal by 4 and 3/4ths inches vertical (7.25X4.75)

*Full page ads are 7 and 1/4ths inches horizontal by 9 and 3/4ths inches vertical. (7.25X9.75)

*All ads must be paid for in full one week prior to scheduled run date.

*Ad Requirements
**Ads submitted to BREW for print must be in PDF or EPS format, no ads will be accepted in their native file format.

PDF REQUIREMENTS
Ads created in page layout applications, (Quark, Pagemaker, In Design, Word, Publisher, etc.). Distill files using Acrobat Distillers "Press" preset job options, or use the following guidelines:

• Acceptable PDF files will be distilled at a resolution of 2400 dpi.
• Grayscale and color images will be downsampled to 300 dpi.
• Monochrome images will be downsampled to 1200 dpi.
• Embed all fonts, subset all embedded fonts at %100.

EPS REQUIREMENTS
Ads created in graphic design applications, (Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw, etc.) must be converted to EPS files using the following guidelines:

• Embed all imported graphics in eps files, linked graphics will not be accepted.
• Convert all fonts to outlines.
• Save all placeable eps files with "preview" selected.

WEBSITE BANNER AD REQUIREMENTS
Banner ads must be provided in gif or jpg format.
Ads must be no larger than 10K.
Middle banner ads must be no wider than 430 pixels.
Side banner ads must be no wider than 150 pixels.

*Any changes or half tones etc., will be charged to the advertiser.

*Every company that purchases at least one half page or full page insertion during the 2006 year will be offered first right of refusal to buy an ad package in 2007 at a significant discount.
