The CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Real Estate Institute of Chicago) has become the Hallmark of education for the Commercial Real Estate Industry. The Central Arizona Chapter of CCIM provides the commercial real estate practitioner the 4 core courses of CCIM education each and every year. On the first Wednesday of the month the Chapter meets at Phoenix Country Club to present topics of importance to the industry. Every other month the Chapter hosts a Broker Forum at McCormick and Schmicks (Esplanade) from 4:30 to 6:00. Powerpoint presentations on listings over a $1,000,000.00 are made available (anyone may present), followed by a haves and wants session. Refreshments are provided by the sponsors.
